I kept the right ones out
And let the wrong ones in
Had an angel of mercy to see me through all my sins
There were times in my life
When I was goin' insane
Tryin to walk through
The pain
When I lost my grip
And I hit the floor
Yeah, I thought I could leave, but couldn't get out the door
I was so sick and tir.........
Of livin' a lie
I was wishin that I
Would die
Chorus:
It's Amaz..........
With the blink of an eye you finally see the light ohhh
It's Amaz........................
When the moment arrives that you know you'll be alright yeaah
It's Amaz.........
And I'm sayin' a prayer for the desperate hearts tonight
That one last shot's a Permanent Vacation
And how high can you fly with broken wings?
Life's a journey not a destination
And I just can't tell just what tomorrow brings
You have to learn to crawl
Before you learn to walk
But I just couldn't listen to all that righteous talk
I was out on the street
Just tryin' to survive
Scratchin' to stay
Alive

I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath
Scar........... to rock the boat and make a mess
So I sat quietly, agreed politely
I guess that I forgot I had a choice
I let you push me past the breaking point
I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything
Scar........... to rock the boat and make a mess
So I sat quietly, agreed politely
I guess that I forgot I had a choice
I let you push me past the breaking point
I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything
You held me down, but I got up (hey!)
Already brushing off the dust
You hear my voice, your hear that sound
Like thunder, gonna shake your ground
You held me down, but I got up
Get ready 'cause I've had enough
I see it all, I see it now
Already brushing off the dust
You hear my voice, your hear that sound
Like thunder, gonna shake your ground
You held me down, but I got up
Get ready 'cause I've had enough
I see it all, I see it now
I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter
Dancing through the fire
'Cause I am the champion, and you're gonna hear me roar
Louder, louder than a lion
'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar!
Dancing through the fire

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
You're gonna hear me roar!
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh

Practicá tu Inglés con este gran clásico de Madness: Our House.
. Some words are wrong; listen and change them. (Las rtas. están después de la canción)
Father wears his Monday best
Mother's tired she needs a rest
The kids are playing up upstairs
Sister's sighing in her sleep
Brother's got a date to keep
He can't hang around
Our house, in the middle of our street
Our house it has a crowd
There's always something happening
And it's usually vey loud
Our mum she's so house-proud
Nothing ever slows her down
And a mess is not allowed
Our house, in the middle of our street
Something tells you that you've got to get away from it
Father gets up early for work
Mother has to iron his shirt
Then she sends the children to school
Sees them off with a small kiss
She's the one they're going to miss
In lots of ways
I remember way back then when everything was true and when
We would have such a very good time such a fine time
Such a happy time
And I remember how we'd play simply waste the day away
Then we'd say nothing would come between us two dreamers
Our house, was our castle and our keep
Our house, in the middle of our street
Our house, that was where we used to sleep
Our house, in the middle of our street

Please book me first class to
My fancy house in London town
All the riches, baby, won't mean anything
All the riches, baby, won't bring what your love can bring
All the riches, baby, won't mean anything
Don't need no other baby, your lovin' is better than gold, and I know
I'd get me four Harajuku girls to
Inspire me, and they'd come to my rescue
I'd dress them wicked, I'd give them names
Love, Angel, Music, Baby, hurry up and come and save me
Come together all over the world
From the hoods of Japan, Harajuku girls
What? It's all love, what? Give it up
What? Shouldn't matter, shouldn't matter

What happened to my life? Turned upside down
Chicks that blew ya mind, ding, it's the second round
Original track and ting, mmm
You know you can't buy these things, no
See Stefani and her L.A.M.B.
I rock the fetish, people, you know who I am
Yes ma'am, we got the style that's wicked, I hope you can all keep up

I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited,
But I couldn't stay far away, I couldn't fight it,
I hoped you'd see my face,
And that you'd be reminded that for me it still isn't over,
Never mind, I'll find someone like you,
I wish nothing but the very best for you, too,
Don't forget me, I beg,
I remember you said,
"Sometimes it lasts in love,
But sometimes it hurts instead,"
Sometimes it lasts in love,
But sometimes it hurts instead, yeah,
You know how quickly the time flies,
Only yesterday was the time of our lives,
We were born and raised in a summer haze,
Bound by the surprise of our really glory days,
Nothing compares,
No worries or cares,
Regrets and mistakes, they're memories made,
Who would have known how bittersweet this would taste?
I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited,
But I couldn't stay far away, I couldn't fight it,
I hoped you'd see my face,
And that you'd be reminded that for me it still isn't over,

Who would have known how bittersweet this would taste?
